My 13-year-old daughter just had her first period. As a single dad, what do I do?
My daughter got her period the morning of her 11th birthday. She asked me to help her, as her Dad it was a little awkward but that comes with parenting. There is no exact manual for every scenario. Even worse, she didn’t want to use pads. I had to rip over to the store and grab her junior tampons and explain how to use them and show her the pictures in the instructions.
