How do I restrict my daughter from obtaining any of my estate when I pass? She is adamant that she & her partner will contest my Will & I have had nothing but abuse & torment from them for the past 3 years.
The best way to keep her from doing that is to give her something. A hundred dollars would do. Oh, I am sure she won’t like that but if she contest the will she will lose even that. Make sure you put that in writing. Don’t leave it unsaid. Make sure It is emphasized.
