Last year I was driving along in the country, went around a tight corner, and suddenly came upon a guy mowing in the ditch in front of a house in a big dust cloud, throwing up all kinds of debris. Immediately, a good-sized rock blasted my rear passenger window, glass flying all over. I drove around back and showed the guy on the mower the damage. He was a guy with a mowing business. I was nice about it, he was nice about it, and his insurance covered it. And he said he shouldn’t have been mowing out there with the riding mower, and will use the hand mower facing away from the road next time.
