If I was you I would be worried about them holding hands. If it was me I wouldn’t let my son be alone with him at the moment while you try to find out what actually happened, it could be something as innocent as his friends dad held his hand during a conversation where he may have told him something and was upset so he tried to comfort him, I would ask my son and his friends dad why they were holding hands and I would take my son for a walk and have a chat about what happened. If worst comes to worse and it’s a case of grooming then just let him know that you believe everything he says, you support him unconditionally like you always have and that your love could never stop for him no matter what happened and that it’s not his fault and there are people out there who can help him heal or it could possibly be that your son may have developed feelings for his friends dad and that’s what it’s about, either way your doing the right thing in asking for a bit of advice because no one ever understandably thinks that right of the bat but these days sadly creeps are everywhere. Good look and I’m sure it’s probably a misunderstanding but you can never be too careful.
