There is this old man who lives on my block. Every day he waits for the school bus to stop and then he greets all the little kids, especially the boys. Should I report this to the police?
You never know… We had Old Mr. Archer in my Neighborhood who sat and waited for the School Bus to arrive every Morning and Afternoon. My Dad asked him one Day about his Activities. Mr Archer’s Daughter was attacked over 25 yrs before by someone who grabbed her at the Bus Stop. Since that time, Mr. Archer sat on his Front porch with a Cup of Coffee each morning while keeping a Colt 1903 .32 auto in his Pocket to prevent it from ever happening again. He Knew EACH of the Local Kids by Name and where they Lived. If Johnny wasn’t in line for the Bus, Mr. Archer would call round to his house and enquire as to his health. Every Child in that Neighborhood was Protected by that Little Old Man and his Colt Hammerless.
