In 2019 to commemorate the ‘Year of Return’ Asebu chief of the village XXXXXX allocated 5,000 acres of land for diasporans over the next few decades. The community is growing fast with over 600 people acquiring land in the area so far. Dawn Dickson’s guidance and expertise have been instrumental in helping individuals navigate the process of land purchase, ensuring that their dreams of building homes become a reality.
