I went through this too years ago i moved bedrooms when I caught a nasty flu with a cough, so he was playing up so much over it I went down the other end of the house then my blood pressure went down and dr asked me what I had done to lower it I said I moved bedrooms as he woke me up three times a night.. so it was good for my health, I slept all night after being woken up for years.. dr was pleased I had got better in my health.
