Our neighbor recently passed away and his house is up for sale. His storage shed is about 6 inches onto our property. We asked his family to please move it off or let us buy the shed and move it ourselves but they refused. What can we do?

I would be tempted to make up a sign that says something like “Attention, boundary dispute, real estate legal action pending” with a big arrow pointing next door, and place it in your front yard where prospective buyers will see it.
