COMMENTS:
1) You want to be the creepy neighbor sexualizing and forcing your beliefs onto your neighbors child? Unless she’s running around completely naked in public and is at risk of being arrested or assaulted, you have no right to say anything. If a neighbors son is walking out to check the mail in shorts with no shirt on, or even just boxers, I doubt you would be saying anything, but oh no, girls and women have *sexy shoulders* and *cleavage*. Fat men have breasts too, but those aren’t sexualized. Such a bullshit double standard.

3) FROM A MAN’S POINT OF VIEW:
I think it’s parenting failure. My husband explained he watch as a very young girl walked across the street scantily dressed, as he looked closer her mother was in the car yelling out that he needs to get a life and stop ogling little girls, so he yelled out “You need to make sure your little girl did not wear clothing that had people thinking of her provocatively. She thinking he was Ogling the girl when, he feeling really sad to see then realized the mother was right there with her too! getting angry at him seeing the “little girl” (because that is what she was) strut her stuff on the street. I feel very sad for this generation of children who grow up so fast and never get any kind of family life skills dynamic training. Please keep your children close, guide them into the future with dignity and respect for themselves, it’s easy it have it for others when you do, each one teach one. Peace.
