The fact that you are disabled is irrelevant. The fact that you have an 18 month old grandson is irrelevant. What’s relevant is the reason behind them cutting off your utilities. If they cut them off to do repairs or maintenance there’s nothing you can do. If they cut them off as retaliation, that’s illegal. Even if you’re behind on rent. It may even be a jailable crime, depending on your location. Call the health department and they will require your landlord turn them back on.
