My stepfather always financially supported my mother. He passed away and everything was willed to her. How do I figure out the inheritance that should go to step-siblings when she passes?

You wait and see what her Will says about bequests.

SHE now owns “everything” so it’s up to HER to decide who gets what, assuming she leaves anything at all. She might decide to just sell everything and donate the money to a home for wayward cats while she’s still alive.

If she dies without a Will, the intestate laws where she lived at the time of her death will determine who gets what and in what shares.
