It sounds like the property has been foreclosed and the bank is now taking possession. That’s the only way an owner would be evicted from his own property.
If that’s a 24 hour lockout notice, then YOU have to be out by tomorrow because the law enforcement officers who will be not-gently knocking on the door tomorrow will remove EVERYONE on the premises with just the clothes on your back! It doesn’t matter whose name is on the eviction notice. EVERYONE vacates the premises.
If the eviction notice is posted there, then all the previous notices were also delivered to the property. How did you miss those? There had to be at least two others – at the very lease an “unlawful detainer” and a notice that the eviction had been filed.
