#HowardUniversity has received an $80 million donation from philanthropist MacKenzie Scott, the ex-wife of Amazon founder Jeff Bezos.
She also donated $63 million to #MorganStateUniversity, $50 million to #VirginiaStateUniversity, $38 million each to #UniversityOfMarylandEasternShore, #SpelmanCollege, and #ClarkAtlantaUniversity, and $70 million to #UNCF — bringing her total donations to historically Black colleges and universities in the last few months of 2025 to an incredible $347 million.
