The dealership claims to have lost my car after I took it in for service. They said to file a police report and that their liability waiver relieves them of all responsibility. What should I do now?

I would suggest walking in to their service dept request to speak to the manager without delay. Do not sign anything they put in front of you. Since it’s obvious they didn’t call the police. I would request a copy of their insurance. Also since they misplaced it and it wasn’t stolen they should have your keys. Don’t request those until you call the police at the service dept. Your goal here is to be a polite Karen. Make a scene, refuse to leave just don’t be disrespectful. You want the police report and the request for your keys done in front of the police officer in their service center. The reason I bring up your keys, if it’s an inside job then they won’t have your keys. Also make sure you are accusing them of grand theft auto. If you’re lucky there will be customers present to see they aren’t taking responsibility.
