I went to curt and lost an eviction. The constable is due on Monday, but the landlord entered today and put my guest and my dog out. Can he be charged?
Yes. The landlord cannot interfere. You have a date to be out set by the court and the landlord cannot try to speed that up.
You can now sue your landlord for that. Get an attorney. Go talk to Legal Aid or your local tenants rights organization, they can help you find one
