Janine Guido, founder of Speranza Animal Rescue, received a call about Cupid’s plight and rushed to rescue him. However, gaining Cupid’s trust was no easy feat. He yearned for his family and often pawed at their door, a heartbreaking scene.
Guido’s Facebook post addressing Cupid’s abandonment went viral, and the rescue received numerous adoption requests. Yet, Cupid still requires vet care and assessment before finding his forever home.
