It is common knowledge that the human body is 70% water, so one needs to drink an adequate amount of water per day to maintain good health. However, what isn’t common knowledge is what TYPE of water one needs to drink in order to maintain good health.
At present, our rainwater and ground water is contaminated. As a matter of act, every single river, lake and ocean is seriously contaminated on this planet. In response to this pollution, Man has come up with many solutions for drinking water. Today, there are many types of processed waters to choose from, but do you really know what it is you’re choosing?
Carbon Filtered Water: Carbon is primarily used to filter out chlorine, chlorine by-products and many organic compounds from water. It is also improves the taste of the water. However, it does not filter out the most toxic elements found in water – Lead, Fluoride, and Arsenic. It does not work in cities that participate in the Chloramine program.
Carbon Filtered Water with UV (ultra violet light) and Ozone treatment: UV light and Ozone are both used to kill bacteria. In city water, this is normally an issue, but some wells have bacterial contamination.
Distilled Water: Most don’t know it, but there are 4 different kinds of distilled water: 2 of which are very health beneficial, and the other 2 are very destructive to health. The best type of distilled water is low temperature distilled water with low surface tension (very soft water, also known as rainwater). The most commonly purchased distilled waters are healthy destructive – high temperature distilled waters, which result in high surface tension. These common distilled waters each minerals from the body and are not healthy water to drink.
Reverse Osmosis Water: One of the most common filtration systems used in America is Reverse Osmosis. It removes most of the pollution from water along with the beneficial and vitally necessary minerals resulting in a very “hungry water”. This water has an extremely low pH of 5.5 to 6.4, (highly acid) and creates and ideal environment for fungus to grow as well as Candida overgrowth within the body.
Tap/Public Water: If the pollution wasn’t bad enough, Man’s politics had to enter in to the field of water by adding very toxic materials. I am of course referring to the Fluoridiation Program. Fluoride is added to the water in the form of hydrofluorosilicic acid. This type of fluoride is the waste produced from the Metal Plating Industry and the Soft Rock Phosphate Industry combined. It is filled with the heavy metals, is an extremely difficult item to dispose of, and therefore as a water pollutant it is an extremely difficult to element/compound to remove. Until recently there has been no known safe solution to take it out.
Solution: Take out the added toxic Fluoride, Arsenic, Chlorine and Chloramines without removing all the minerals that make water wholesome and healthy.
