We have the names of the Epstein men, victims tell Trump
Jeffrey Epstein’s victims have told Donald Trump they are compiling a list of men who were clients of the paedophile financier.
Survivors gathered outside the Capitol on Wednesday to demand that his administration authorise the release of all of the documents it holds on Epstein.
Lisa Phillips, who was abused by Epstein from 2000, said she and other victims will produce their own client list if the US government fails to publish the names of wealthy clients believed to be connected to Epstein’s crimes.
She said: “I would like to announce here today, us, Epstein survivors, have been discussing creating our own list.”
Ms Phillips added: “We know the names, many of us were abused by them. Now, together as survivors, we will confidentially compile the names we all know who were regularly in the Epstein world.”
Republican Marjorie Taylor Greene, an ally of Donald Trump who is working with Democrats on a bipartisan bill to secure the release of the files, said she would read the list of co-conspirators and abusers to Congress.
Noting that Epstein’s survivors would struggle to publicly disclose the list of names over fears of the potential ramifications, she said: “Yeah, it’s a scary thing to name names, but I will tell you, I’m not afraid to name names.”
She added: “So if they want to give me a list, I will walk into that Capitol on the House floor and I’ll say every damn name that abused these women. I can do that for them, and I’d be proud to do it.”
Brad Edwards, a lawyer who represents several of Epstein’s survivors, said they have “somewhat of a list” of the friends the paedophile financier “farmed” his victims out to.
He told the rally: “His scheme was to personally abuse women. When they reached a certain age, he did farm a section of them, some of them, out to some of his friends, that doesn’t mean all of his friends.”
The rally and press conference, a short distance from the White House, will make for uncomfortable viewing for Mr Trump, who has come under pressure over his former friendship with Epstein.
Epstein, a wealthy financier with high-level connections, died in a New York jail cell in 2019 while awaiting trial for sex trafficking of underage girls.
The US president has repeatedly denied that he knew of Epstein’s crimes, and on Wednesday, he called the scandal a “Democrat hoax”.
Mr Trump has drawn ire from some of his supporters over his failure to release all the documents the government has on Epstein.
Chauntae Davies, a survivor, told the press conference that Epstein surrounded himself with a web of powerful men and “bragged” about his friendship with Mr Trump.
She said: “His biggest brag forever was that he was very good friends with Donald Trump. He had an eight by 10 framed picture of him on his desk with the two of them.”

Sky Roberts, the brother of the late Epstein victim, Virginia Giuffre Roberts, addressed the bipartisan rally, which was attended by Democrats and Republicans who are pushing for the passage of the Epstein Files Transparency Act – an act that would compel the Department of Justice to release everything it has on Epstein.
Several Epstein survivors who have never spoken publicly before appeared at the rally, which was attended by hundreds of people.
Marina Lacerda, who identified herself as “minor victim one” in the federal indictment of Epstein, called for the government to give her access to the documents that detail the abuse she suffered as a teenager.
“There are many pieces of my story that I can’t remember … it’s so hard to begin to heal knowing that there are people out there who know more about my abuse than I do”, she said.
“The worst part is that the government is still in possession right now of the documents and information … that could help me remember”.
A bipartisan group of lawmakers, including Republicans Thomas Massie, Ms Greene and Democrat Ro Khanna, is trying to carry out a rarely-used legislative manoeuvre to force a vote on their bill against the wishes of House Republican leadership.
Mr Khanna said: “A nation that allows rich and powerful men to traffic and abuse young girls without consequence is a nation that has lost its moral and spiritual core.”
Hayley Robson, who was abused by Epstein from the age of 16, called on Mr Trump to meet her so she can explain “this is not a hoax”.
She said: “Mr President, Donald J Trump, I am a registered Republican, not that that matters, because this is not political.
“However, I cordially invite you to the Capitol to meet me in person, so you can understand this is not a hoax. We are real human beings. This is real trauma.”
Several of Epstein’s victims also criticised the Department of Justice for moving Maxwell, who was convicted of sex trafficking in 2020, to a low-security prison in Texas.
Anouska De Georgiou, a British survivor who testified during Maxwell’s trial, said it was “appalling and disgusting” that Maxwell had been moved to what she described as a “holiday camp”.
Teresa Helm, another of Epstein and Maxwell’s victims, likened the Federal Prison Camp (FPC) in Bryan, Texas, where Maxwell is serving her sentence, to a “prison spa”.
